In keeping with my one true goal here which is you getting your happy back, keeping your happy is a priority.
Now of course writing about it is so much easier than getting it done that takes work and dedication in the beginning.
Later and not even very long after starting your adventure it will become second nature.
For many your happy was just in hibernation waiting for you to revive it, for others it took its own vacation, leaving entirely not wanting to return until you were ready.
Then again for a small group of you, it was missing from the get-go, you saw it in others so you knew of it.
You would encounter it briefly here and there but its existence was fleeting and usually left with those who it came with.
Now that is all behind you, you have leveled up to a point of no return.
You are no longer stranded uncertain which way to go; now you know.
You do not want to fall aimlessly backward.
Keep moving forward, even if just a nudge is plenty.
So for you to hold on to where you are right now you need tools, weapons, arsenal, call them what you will.
They will assist you in the many and ever-changing obstacles ahead.
Having the tools is one thing, knowing how and when to use them to keep things moving forward is priceless.
Now that you have tasted its wonderous, excitingness (new word) of getting your happy back.
Like a newly discovered fruit or a delicacy savored you will want to continue the enjoyment (and so you should) daily.
Knowing how to handle obstacles that you encounter will help you from letting anything come between you and your happiness.
One of the greatest obstacles between you and getting your happy back and holding on to it is simply one word, stress.
You will deal with this every day no matter how happy you are.
Its fact stress is everywhere so knowing that and how to deal with it is going to be at the top of your to do list daily.
By stress, I think you know what I mean but for those that do not, it is a feeling of fear, anxiety, distress, worry, or uneasiness.
It is caused by allowing your mind to imagine a bad outcome to an event.
The event may be in the present, as in right now, or future which could be later today, tomorrow, next week or from the past and continues to stir the embers which give it life.
The first line of attack is to remember things are just things, events are merely events, and situations either good or bad are just situations.
It is up to you to choose how you will react to the situation, to any situation and to assist with that you can let meditation help you.
The hardest part to eliminate stress is controlling your imagination to have a happy outcome rather than a poor one.
Since stress will never be completely gone from any of our lives by meditating, you can help eliminate a huge part of it.
You create your world by your own expectations, you can influence your future by how you react to the present.
You will use meditation to control your thoughts and feelings.
Let us repeat that, you will use meditation to control your thoughts and feelings.
If, as part of your meditation, you reinforce the belief that each event will turn out to be to your benefit, stress will be unable to enter into the picture.
I know for a fact it works and it will change your life.
Change YOUR life…
Need I say more?
When it happens to you, you will believe.
Stress is no longer a major player.
The stress not gone from your life just given less priority.
If it does not happen to you, then this tool may not be a good choice for you.
Meditation is not a gift, but knowing how to control the stress in your life will be the greatest gift ever.
If you always remember to stay in control of your thoughts in doing so you will feel less fear or stress.
You should get a great deal of comfort from the meditation because your imagination is entirely under your control. You have every situation in your life under your control.
You can choose to control a bad situation or to turn the bad situation into a better situation.
If you are still allowing the events that happened to you to still bother you meditation will not help you.
You have to open your mind to understand how meditating will help you.
You have got to get all the bad thoughts and anger you feel out of your mind before you start to use meditation.
Do something that you feel good about or something that could make you so relaxed that you will let nothing bother you.
Once you can allow yourself to relax and feel good about yourself you will see that you then can meditate about the good things that occurred in your day instead of thinking about the things that happened during the day that upset you that you cannot change.
Meditation can help to clear your mind and give you such a relaxing feeling inside, which so many more people should try and conquer throughout their lives.
This is not harmful to you in any way and all you have to look forward to from here is living a much less stressful life and feeling better each day when you first step out of bed.
